Back to School: Rights and Responsibilities of Employers and Employees, with Additional COVID-19 Updates

This webinar will help companies navigate employment issues regarding childcare, school closures, leave issues, virtual learning, home schooling, and teleworking arrangements necessary as a result of COVID-19.  In addition, we will provide updates regarding employers’ responsibilities due to COVID-19 under OSHA and what OSHA is enforcing, as well as, updates on requirements under the Paycheck Protection Program.
