The Ohio Chamber PAC Golf Outing will be held on Tuesday, September 27 at Bent Tree Golf Club. It will be a scramble with registration beginning at 9 a.m. and a shotgun start at 10 a.m.

Individual Golfer - $150
Registration includes grilled Italian Sausage sandwiches by Carfagna’s at the turn and heavy appetizers after the round

Foursome - $500 

Tee Sponsor - $500

Green Sponsor - $250

Event Sponsor - $2,500
Includes two foursomes, tee sponsorship, green sponsorship, recognition on event signage

Food Sponsor - $1,500
Includes one foursome, green sponsorship, and recognition on event signage
