For candidates running for the Ohio General Assembly in the 2020 election, please click on the link below to complete the Ohio Chamber of Commerce's candidate survey. In order to be considered for an endorsement from the Ohio Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee (OCCPAC).

Survey Instructions

1. Click the link below and select “Register a new account” at the bottom of the portal.
2. Create an account following this format for your username: “firstname.lastname”.
3. Complete the survey, and be sure to click the “Save Draft” button before advancing to each new page to ensure your answers are saved. This function also allows you to come back and complete a partially completed survey later if needed.
4. Click the “Submit” button on the last page of the survey to submit your survey responses for consideration.
5. Check your email for verification of survey submission. You will also receive a link to your answers for your records.
